Shaped by Sea & Stone Rediscover Mid & East Antrim
This August, Mid & East Antrim Borough Council are asking you to ‘Rediscover’ all that the region has to offer. The global pandemic has put stresses on all of us, but at last we can seek some calm in the great outdoors and unwind with a staycation in a place that really has everything you could want this summer - Mid & East Antrim.
From the sandy beaches of Ballygally Bay to the dramatic coastal walks of The Gobbins Cliff Path, the vast wilderness of Slemish Mountain and the picturesque waterfalls nestling deep within Glenoe Forest – the campaign aims to promote the breadth of experiences just waiting to be explored in Mid & East Antrim.
After much exploring, it’s time to relax, with the campaign showcasing overnight stays at a range of destinations within the region, from the coastal setting of the Ballygally Castle hotel to the charm of the Londonderry Arms, the luxurious Galgorm Spa & Golf Resort and the stately Magheramorne Estate.
With such a beautiful canvas to work from, we wanted to deliver the beautiful coast, forests, mountains and beaches to prospective ‘staycationers’ through visual formats. The activity features in TV Sponsorship of UTV show ‘Ulster Giants’, via digital out-of-home in city centres, shopping centres and main routes as well as driving awareness through radio and social media channels. It’s time to re-discover the beauty on your doorstep, visit shapedbyseaandstone.com/stay for more.
