Patak’s - bringing fine food tips live to your table

Patak’s fans were treated to a delicious banquet of Indian cooking tips on a live Facebook session with renowned Indian chef and food writer Maunika Gowardhan.

Maunika gave an insight to her upbringing in India where she first fell in love with cooking, picking up traditional family recipes from her mother and grandmother.

Viewers submitted questions during the live interview session, a social first for Patak's, to get tips for tasty midweek meals, learning easy recipes using Patak's delicious pastes and advice on dishes to suit dietary requirements.

From spices and stir frys to currys and comfort eating, scrumptious topics were served up and left us feeling very hungry for more.

Maunika will be sharing some of her wonderful recipes using Patak's pastes over the coming weeks on, their social platforms and her own social channels.
