Are you our newest Account Director? The focus of this role is to develop a strong relationship with our clients, based on trust and mutual respect to produce insight-led, digital-first, effective creative solutions. The right person will be an experienced relationship builder and business developer with a creative/digital/brand agency background. You will have a successful track record in leading brand, design and digital projects, and experience in both business to business and/or government to business marketing is a must.

Who are you?
You’re an experienced Senior-level Account Manager, Account or Project Director already but ready for next-level responsibility. You’ll be working (from home for now) as part of a supportive Agency team that works together to find the most effective solutions for our clients’ business problems.
You’ll deliver effective results for clients by providing a strong analytical foundation to uncover fresh and innovative insights/ business opportunities and inspiring creative ideas.
Adept at using qualitative research, trends, market data and your own learned knowledge you can interrogate, write and shape briefs which enable the strategic, brand, creative and digital teams to produce innovative, engaging and effective brand solutions and campaigns.
You will develop a full understanding of your client’s world, targets, opportunities and challenges, enabling you to act as their voice within the agency. You combine your solid business understanding with excellent leadership, coordination and communication skills and you understand how brand, advertising and consumer behaviour fit together to deliver powerful customer experiences online.
You have international marketing or commercial experience in the B2B or G2B sectors and understand how to establish benchmarks of best practice and consistently deliver on them.
You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, motivating a team and building client relationships. You inspire and foster collaboration between our internal teams to deliver integrated, brand-centric solutions. You’re also proactive in developing new brand initiatives and spotting opportunities to develop our business through identifying and creating opportunities with and between existing clients, and spotting new business opportunities in order to grow revenue.
Thoroughly comfortable and professional in championing your clients requirements, you are a skilled and engaging communicator, undaunted by presenting at the highest level.
Working with the Operations team you take responsibility for cost calculation, budget tracking and you always have one eye on ensuring key project milestones and client objectives are achieved.
Must-have Skills and Experience
The following criteria are essential and you must be able to demonstrate these:
- At least 2 years in a senior client services/ account or project management role
- Demonstrable effectiveness in marketing, brand and digital projects
- Proven experience in Business to Business and /or Government to Business marketing
- Ability to play an advisory role, serving as a digital advisor to both partner agencies and clients
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Slack, Trello and/ or Basecamp
Experience in working on accounts with an international focus
- Successful track record in building and growing client relationships at a senior level
- Excellent team management, leadership and collaboration skills
- Professional and engaging presentation style, including pitching.
A Google Analytics certification is desirable, as is an Agency background.
Please note: Whilst we are all working from home at the moment, once the office re-opens we expect employees to be able to come into the office in Belfast, Northern Ireland at least one day per week.
