Jenny and Moy Park take to the road for NI's YOFAD

Moy Park and Jenny Bristow took a trip around NI in the Little Yellow Van to celebrate Love NI Meat Month – part of the NI's Year of Food and Drink 2016.

Northern Ireland's Year of Food and Drink 2016 is a celebration of the delicious, world-class produce that is grown, caught and crafted right across the province.

Each month is dedicated to a different aspect of food and drink – providing an opportunity for NI businesses to showcase their produce, and the people and passion behind it.

As Northern Ireland's largest poultry supplier, Moy Park wanted to get behind Love NI Meat month in August. Feeding into Moy Park's 'Share the goodness' campaign, we organised a Road Trip with our Little Yellow Van which saw local celebrity chef Jenny Bristow travel to iconic destinations around NI, including Titanic Belfast and the Giant's Causeway.

In our fully kitted out kitchen-van, Jenny cooked up delicious chicken recipes using the full Moy Park product range, accompanied by the finest, freshest local ingredients.

The recipes, along with 'how-to' cooking guides, were captured in a series of punchy and shareable short films for social media, aiming to appeal to predominantly young professionals and families. Alongside the videos, we ran a competition to win a cookery class at Jenny's cookery school.

But the road trip wasn't just for Love NI Meat month – videos will continue to go live throughout the upcoming months on social and will be housed on the Moy Park website.
